Semi Private Sessions These sessions can accommodate two to three clients. Client experience and fitness levels can vary from beginners to advanced.
Exercises will be modified to help clients stay on track with their goals.
The benefits of semi private sessions is it’s cost effectiveness and provides clients support and comradery as friends workout together while still providing you with the same attention you need from a personal trainer.
Personal Training This training is designed to help an individual gain better heart health, flexibility, posture, muscular endurance, strength, energy, and the confidence in knowing that they are taking the necessary steps towards a healthier body and mind.
Your trainer will work with you one-on-one to help you achieve your goals, stay focused, motivated, and keep you accountable.
Your trainer will keep your workouts fun and challenging to keep you coming back for more. Your workouts will be tracked to measure your progress.
